The Lower Township Skateboard Park
The
Lower Township Skateboard Park is free to all Lower Township residents. Each
resident is permitted to bring in two guests per day, who are non-residents.
The fee for non-resident guests is $5.00 PER DAY PER PERSON. All park users
are required to execute a waiver prior to admission to the park. Any individual
under eighteen years of age must have the waiver signed by the individuals parent
or legal guardian. Children under five years of age are not permitted to use
the park. All skaters under twelve years of age must be accompanied by a responsible
adult. All users of the park are required to wear an approved safety helmet,
knee pads, elbow pads and non-skid shoes/sneakers.
*Park Closes for inclement weather *The Lower Township Department of Parks & Recreation reserves the right to close, change times, dates, schedule and make any other revisions as deemed necessary without prior notice. Hours of Operation:Register at the Lower Township Recreation Center between 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Monday thru Friday and 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. For more information call the Lower Township Recreation Department at 886-7880. The Park will be open seven (7) days per week with the exception of the following holidays: New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving. The Park closes during bad weather. |
