Trash
- Collection every week. Must be curbside by 7 am on your day in containers (weight limit 50lbs.)
- COURTESY BULK - Residents are allowed two free items per calendar year.
Recycling
- Collection is every other week on trash day. Must be curbside by 7 am on your day, (no plastic bags).
- Starting June 2nd through October 3rd, Recycling will be picked up every week.
- Recycling Booth is open 7:00 am - 2:45 pm (Closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Holidays)
Do Recycle
Paper: Newspaper – Magazines – Cardboard (Place paper products in labeled container or paper bag/box).
Glass & Cans: Bottles, jars, aluminum, tin cans, household plastic bottles – soda, milk, water, detergent, bleach with
#1 or #2 printed on bottom. Rinse all bottles and cans - do not place in paper or plastic bags
(most grocery stores accept plastic bags). Aerosol Cans: Shaving cream, hair care and other personal – deodorizers and disinfectants – household cleaners.
Do Not Recycle
Food contaminated paper (ex: pizza boxes) – wax paper – waxed cardboard products – paint cans – ceramic glass –
window glass – light bulbs – plastic yogurt, sour cream or cottage cheese container – Tupperware type plastic containers. Aerosol cans: Paint – pesticides, herbicides – automotive/marine products (empty cans).
Holidays
- RECYCLING WILL BE COLLECTED THE FOLLOWING WEEK ON YOUR REGULAR TRASH DAY. EXCEPTION DEC.25 TRASH AND RECYCLES WILL BE COLLECTED ON DEC.26
- Holiday’s only affects the trash day it falls on. Trash will be collected the next working day. Recycling must wait a week for collection.
Bulk
- Metal pick up (A scheduled appointment is necessary) call 609.884.0898
- No Furniture
- All residents are allowed (2) free items per calendar year (excluding freon products). Residents will be charged for additional items (a scheduled appointment is necessary).
- Schedule appointments Monday through Friday between 7:00 am to 2:45 pm at 609.884.0898.

VEHICLE STICKERS
- PROOF OF LOWER TOWNSHIP RESIDENCY IS REQUIRED TO GET A STICKER
- ONE (1) STICKER PER HOUSEHOLD
- STICKERS MUST BE AFFIXED ON DRIVER SIDE BUMPER OR INSIDE ON REARVIEW MIRROR FACING TOWARD THE FRONT WINDSHIELD
YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE FACILITY WITHOUT A STICKER
ACCEPTABLE ITEMS
- Household Trash - includes Styrofoam, pool covers, vacuum cleaners, large plastic toys.
- Bottles/Glass/Plastic - plastic and glass bottles, tin cans.
- Paper/Cardboard Boxes
- Metal - misc. metal, bq grills, metal poles without concrete
- Appliances - freezer and refrigerator doors must be removed.
- Air Conditioners
- Emptied Lawnmowers
- Grass
- Branches (4' - 6' in length and 6" in diameter of less)
- Leaves (must be bagged or covered with a tarp)
- TVs

NON-ACCEPTABLE ITEMS
- Hazardous Waste - paint, gas, kerosene, anti-freeze, etc.
- Tires
- Building Material - shingles, lumber, sheetrock, paneling, wood pallets, windows, doors, vinyl siding, flake board, etc.
- Railroad Ties And Landscaping, Ties-Stockade Fence
- Bulk Items - furniture, mattress, box spring, picnic tables, etc.
- Concrete, Bricks, & Cinderblocks - contact Future Mining (609) 465-5617.
- Stumps - larger then 6" in diameter, dirt
- Carpeting, Rugs and Padding
- Propane Tanks
- Auto Batteries
